Claims (1)
- ケーシング１内の流路に回転自在に収容した羽
根車２の一定角度の回転を検知する型式の流量検
知器において、ケーシング１内の入口１１から出
口１２への流路を直線状に構成し、この直線状流
路の中心に羽根車２を挿入し、前記羽根車２をこ
れの回転軸２１に平行な複数の羽根２２，２２を
具備する構成とするとともに、この羽根２２を磁
性体で構成し、前記羽根車２の上流側の軸受１３
に通過流体に旋回を付与する固定の捩り羽根１４
，１４を相互に回転対象位置に配設し、薄肉波板
からなる環状体を整流板５とし、この整流板５を
前記軸受１３の上流側に嵌入した流量検出器。
