ワー装置を作業空間の出入口に配置した状態を示
す平面図、第３図は従来のエアシヤワー装置の一
部を欠除し、扉を取り外した状態の斜視図、第４
図は従来装置の配置例を示す平面図である。 １…作業空間、２…シヤワー室、３…機械室、
８…側壁、９…吹出口、１０…排出口、１２…フ
アン、１３…エアフイルタ、１４…分岐ダクト、
１６…シヤワー室側のダクト、１７…常閉弁。

Claims (1)
- 機械室と、シヤワー室とから成り、作業空間の
出入口に配置して該機械室で濾過された清浄空気
を該シヤワー室内および該作業空間に吹き出すエ
アシヤワー装置において、機械室の側壁の上方に
作業空間内に清浄空気を吹き出す空気吹出口を設
けると共に、該側壁の下方に作業空間内からの空
気の排出口を設け、機械室内の下部に高速・低速
運転切り替え可能で常時低速運転されるフアンを
設け、該フアンの下流側にエアフイルタを設け、
エアフイルタで清浄化された空気を作業空間内と
シヤワー室内に分岐供給する分岐ダクトをエアフ
イルタの下流側に設け、シヤワー室に入室したと
き高速運転に切り替えらるフアンに連動して開弁
作動される常閉弁を該分岐ダクトのシヤワー室側
のダクトに設けたことを特徴とするエアシヤワー
装置。
