Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the removal of a bolt easy and bind the bolt to a material to be fixed surely by forming on a bolt head part, a recessed groove or a penetrating hole for pouring a chemical liquid which reaches the outer circumferential surface of a bolt stem part. CONSTITUTION:When a bolt is fastened with rust, a chemical liquid penetrates into a rusted screw part so that it can be loosened easily by pouring the chemical liquid main component of which is consisting of an surface active agent from the recessed groove 4 or the through hole of the bolt head part 2 as shown by an arrow mark and the chemical liquid can be poured in extremely easily because the recessed groove 4 or the through hole is exposed on the surface. Contrarily, when the chemical liquid for binding, for example, an instant binding agent made in TOAGOSEI Co., Ltd. is poured from the recessed groove 4 or the through hole formed on the bolt head part 2 after fixing the bolt in the materials to be fixed 9, 10, the chemical liquid penetrates in the screw part and can bind the bolt and the material to be fixed with a prescribed screwing status surely.

(Prior art) For example, the bolts used to fix the diaphragm in the filter press of a filter press are used for long periods of time in wet conditions, and rust due to the effects of uneven pressure, power supply, chemical corrosion caused by coagulants, etc. This may make it difficult to remove when repairing the diaphragm. In such cases, it is a good idea to inject a surfactant-based agent (for example, a penetrating liquid such as CRC-556 manufactured by Kure Kogyo) into the screw hole from around the bolt to make it easier to loosen the bolt. However, the bolt head was in the way, preventing the chemical from reaching the threaded part, and the drug could not be fully effective. If you try to forcefully rotate the bolt head with a spanner, etc., the bolt head tends to break, and in this case, break the remaining bolt shaft with a drill or tap the shaft. Then, the bolts must be removed using a special tool for bolt removal, which poses a problem in that it takes a large amount of man-hours (for example, it takes 120 minutes on average to remove one bolt).

Furthermore, when fixing materials such as synthetic resin plates to each other with bolts, it is also done by applying an adhesive agent to the threaded parts and then screwing them together to ensure the adhesion. There was a drawback that instantaneous adhesion could not be performed in a mating state.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and even when rusted, the chemical solution can be reliably injected into the threaded part.
This was completed with the aim of making it possible to easily remove the bolt, and also to provide a bolt and its fixing method and detachment method that can reliably bond the bolt and the material to be fixed in a predetermined screwed state. It is something that

6 and 7 show the fifth and sixth embodiments, in which a vertical hole (6) for injecting a chemical solution is provided at the center of the bolt head (2) and bolt shaft portion fi+, and An appropriate number of horizontal holes (7) are formed in the middle of this vertical hole (6) to reach the outer peripheral surface of the bolt shaft portion +1). In the bolt shown in FIG. 6, the vertical hole (6) does not reach the end surface of the bolt shaft portion +1), but the vertical hole (6) in the bolt shown in FIG. 7 is a through hole. A blind hole as shown in Figure 6 has the advantage of preventing dust and water from entering, and a through hole as shown in Figure 7 has the advantage that in the event that the bolt head (2) breaks, only the bolt shaft (1) can be used. In such a case, since the vertical hole (6) is formed approximately in the center, there is an advantage that it can be used as a guide hole for making a tap in the bolt shaft (1).

In the case of the bolts of the fifth and sixth embodiments, if the chemical solution is injected into the vertical hole (6) as shown in FIG.
It reaches the deep part through the horizontal hole (7) and penetrates into the rusted thread (8), making it possible to loosen the bolt and remove it easily.
If injected from the inside, the chemical solution will penetrate into the threaded portion (8), and the bolt and the material to be fixed can be reliably bonded together in a predetermined screwed state.

It is sufficient to have a diameter of about 1 to 2 fi, which is sufficient for injecting or press-fitting a low-viscosity chemical solution, and there is almost no problem with strength. ), the vertical hole (6) can be easily provided by cutting a part of the bolt with a drill or, if the bolt is made of synthetic resin, by forming it simultaneously with bolt molding.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, even if the bolt of the present invention becomes rusted, it can be easily loosened by injecting a chemical solution (immersion i3 solution), and the bolt head cannot be rotated forcefully as in the conventional case. The efficiency of work such as replacing the diaphragm of the filter press can be significantly improved without causing any damage or breakage. Further, the bolt of the present invention can be reliably fixed to a material to be fixed by injecting a chemical solution (adhesive liquid), and loosening of the bolt can be prevented. Therefore, the present invention eliminates the problems of the conventional technology and greatly contributes to the development of industry.
