(Prior Art) As for road joints, a blind area type is generally known in which joint paving is applied in succession to bridge surface pavement to cover gaps between road joints. For example, on page 5 of the road bridge expansion/contraction device handbook published by the Japan Road Association, there is a description of a system in which waterproof joints are filled between gaps between opposing bridge bodies (slabs), and cutter joints are provided by paving on top of the gap. On page 70 of the same handbook, it is described that the above-mentioned play area was covered with a bridge board and paved over it.

上記従来の盲目地型式のジヨイントにおいて、

In the conventional blind ground type joint mentioned above,
In the former case, when the gap becomes wider due to expansion, contraction or flexure of the bridge body, the waterproof joints may fall under the bridge, causing the pavement to cave in or crack. In the latter case, the bridge plate may shift relative to the gap as the bridge body expands and contracts.
There is a concern that it may fall off from the play area, and to prevent this movement, it is possible to fix one side of the bridge bridge to one bridge body, but when the other bridge body flexes and its end moves up and down, Because the bridge plate is fixed to one bridge body, it cannot follow this vertical movement, and there is a risk of damage.

また、従来の盲目地型式のジヨイントの場合、

In addition, in the case of the conventional blind ground type joint,
When the gap becomes narrow due to the expansion and contraction of the bridge body, the paved surface of the joint portion swells up, and when the gap widens, the paved surface of the joint portion conversely becomes depressed.

(Object of the Invention) In view of this point, the present invention provides a blind area type joint in which a bridge plate spanning the above-mentioned space is provided.
To prevent a bridge plate from greatly collapsing and moving with respect to a gap due to the expansion and contraction of a bridge body, and to suppress vertical movement of a pavement surface at a joint part as much as possible due to expansion and contraction of a bridge body.

(Structure of the Invention) In the joint of the present invention, the bridge bodies (bridge abutments) facing each other across the gap at the road joint are provided with inclined support surfaces that are inclined downward in directions away from each other from the gap side, and Both sides of the bridge deck spanning the gap are slidably supported on the supporting surface, and the joints are paved on top. Therefore, the bridge plate rises as the gap becomes wider, and lowers as the gap becomes narrower, without significantly changing its position relative to the gap.

Example 1 This example is illustrated in FIG. In the road joint shown in the same figure, 1 is the bridge body (slab) 2, 2
At the end portions of both bridge bodies 2, 2 facing this clearance space 1, inclined support surfaces 3, 3 which are inclined downward in directions away from the clearance space 1 are formed, respectively. Then, for both inclined support surfaces 3, 3,
Both sides of a bridge board 4 spanning the gap 1 are slidably supported, and a joint paving 6 connected to bridge surface pavements 5, 5 is provided on the bridge board 4.

Both of the inclined support surfaces 3, 3 are inclined at the same angle of inclination so as to be substantially symmetrical to each other with the play space 1 as the center. The bridge board 4 is formed into a chevron shape by a metal plate such as a steel plate or a copper plate, or a hard plate such as a synthetic resin plate or an FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) plate, and has a downwardly inclined contact surface corresponding to the above-mentioned inclined support surfaces 3, 3. It has contact surfaces 4a, 4a. Further, the joint pavement 6 is composed of a lower layer 6a extending from the upper surface of the bridge board 4 to the height of the bridge surface 7, and an upper layer 6b above the lower layer 6a. In this example, the upper and lower layers 6a, 6b are made of the same bituminous material mixture as the bridge pavement 5.

In the above-mentioned joint, as the gap 1 becomes narrower due to the elongation of the bridge body 2, the bridge plate 4 slides on the inclined support surfaces 3, 3 and deeply covers the inclined support surfaces 3, 3. When the bridge body 2 contracts, the bridge plate 4 rises. In other words, the bridge plate 4 moves up and down with its center substantially aligned with the center of the play space 1, and does not shift significantly relative to the play space 1. Note that even if the bridge plate 4 temporarily shifts slightly relative to the clearance 1, the bridge plate 4 will be affected by wheel loads, vibrations of the bridge body 2, etc., and the inclined equi-contact surfaces 4a on both sides will , 4a return to a stable state in which they are in surface contact with the inclined support surfaces 3, 3, that is, a state in which the center of the bridge plate 4 substantially coincides with the center of the clearance 1. In this case, as the gap 1 becomes wider, the bridge plate 4 rises and lifts the paving material, thereby suppressing the occurrence of dents and cracks on the pavement surface, and conversely,
As the gap 1 becomes narrower, the bridge plate 4 lowers to suppress the rise of the paved surface.

That is, the bridge board 7 of this example is formed into a mountain shape by vertically stacking a hard board 7a similar to that of the first embodiment and a soft board 7b made of rubber, sponge, etc. The soft plate 7b is supported by the inclined equitangential surfaces 7c, 7c on the lower surface of the soft plate 7b relative to the inclined supporting surfaces 8, 8, which have a smaller inclination than that of the first embodiment.

Example 3 The joint of this example is shown in FIG. As in the first embodiment, the bridge plate 9 is formed of a hard plate into a chevron shape and provided with inclined contact surfaces 9a, 9a. End reinforcement plates 11, 1 are attached to the bridge bodies 2, 2 with anchors 10.

In the case of this example, the bridge plate 9 has inclined support surfaces 11a, 1
1a is guided by the guide members 12, 12 and moves relative to the bridge bodies 2, 2, and the guide member 1
2 and 12 are prevented from floating up from the inclined support surfaces 11a and 11a, and the slippage against the play space 1 is more securely prevented.

Further, in the above embodiment, the contact surface of the bridge plate with respect to the inclined support surface is inclined, but this contact surface does not necessarily need to be inclined, and it is sufficient as long as it is slidable with respect to the inclined support surface. .

Further, the corresponding two inclined support surfaces do not necessarily have to be constructed symmetrically, but may be asymmetrical as long as they are inclined so that the bridge plate can be guided up and down.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, the bridge bridge plate slides on the inclined support surface and moves up and down as the bridge body expands and contracts. It is possible to prevent the bridge from falling from the gap to the underside of the bridge without fixing it to the body or abutment, and the bridge plate rises as the gap becomes wider.
Conversely, as the gap becomes narrower, it descends, so it is possible to suppress bulges, dents, or cracks in the joint pavement.
