- プリント板に直付けされたデユアルインライン
パツケージＩＣの試験用として使用されるＩＣク
リツプにおいて、被測定ＩＣのリード線と接触す
る部分を金属バネとしたＩＣリード線接触端子と
、前記リード線を、被測定ＩＣのリード線と一致
するように設けたガイドと、前記ＩＣリード線接
触端子と一体化したチエツク端子及びそれらを固
定する本体とから構成されたことを特徴とするＩ
