Claims (1)
- 流体の通路中に配設され平板状の感熱抵抗体と
他の抵抗とからなるブリツジ回路と、感熱抵抗体
への通電電流を制御しブリツジ回路が所定の熱平
衡状態を保つように制御する制御回路とを備え、
この熱平衡状態からの流量を検出する感熱式流量
センサにおいて、上記感熱抵抗体を並行する一対
の直線状のリード部材で固着し、この両リード部
材は計測管路に立設したポール状の支持部材によ
つて引張り力が付勢するように該リード端部を支
持したことを特徴とする感熱式流量センサ。
