Claims (1)
- 導波管から受けた高周波信号を高周波増幅素子
で増幅する低雑音増幅器に使用される同軸導波管
変換器において、前記導波管に臨んで設けた結合
素子と前記高周波増幅素子とのインターフエース
としての同軸線路部を備え、前記同軸線路部の特
性インピーダンスの値を、前記高周波増幅素子を
最小の雑音指数で作動させるインピーダンスの実
数部と、同軸線路部から前記結合素子側を見たイ
ンピーダンス５０Ωとの積の平方根の値とし、か
つその物理長を１／４波長に設定したことを特徴
とする同軸導波管変換器。
