For example, items that do not like high humidity, such as luxury items or leather products, should be stored in a moisture-proof storage. Figure 3 shows a typical moisture-proof cabinet. In the figure, 1 is the main body of the moisture-proof chamber. A storage chamber 3 having an opening on the front surface and having a door body 2 pivotally attached to the opening so as to be openable and closable is provided in the moisture-proof storage body 1. By closing the door body 2, the storage room 3 can be sealed. A drying unit 4 is disposed on one side of the storage chamber 3. This dry unit 4 is constructed as shown in FIG. 4, and has a storage chamber 3 on one side, a cabinet 5 of a sealed structure facing the outside of the moisture-proof chamber main body 1 on the other side, and a cabinet 5 housed inside the cabinet 5. It consists of a desiccant 6, electric heaters 7, 7 which are heating bodies attached to both sides of the desiccant 6, a timer 8 electrically connected to the electric heaters 7, 7, and the like. Furthermore, opening/closing bodies 9a and 9b are provided on the sides of the cabinet 5 facing the storage chamber 3 and the moisture-proof chamber main body 1, respectively. These opening/closing bodies 9a, 9b are the electric heater 7 of the timer 8,
When power is applied to 7 and when it is de-energized, the opening and closing operations are opposite to each other. That is, when the electric heaters 7, 7 are energized, the opening/closing body 9a on the storage chamber 3 side
is closed, and the opening/closing body 9b on the outside side of the moisture-proof chamber main body 1 is opened. Conversely, when the electric heaters 7, 7 are not energized, the opening/closing body 9a is opened and the opening/closing body 9b is closed. On the other hand, a hygrometer 10 is installed in a part of the door body 2.
is attached. This hygrometer 10 indicates the humidity inside the storage room 3.

いる。 Then, when the moisture-proof items are stored in the storage chamber 3 and the door body 2 is sealed, the desiccant 6 of the dry unit 4
always absorbs moisture from the object to be moisture-proofed. However, if a large amount of highly humid material is left in the desiccant 6, the humidity of the desiccant 6 itself will increase and it will no longer be able to absorb moisture. For this reason, the timer 8 is configured to periodically energize the electric heaters 7, 7 to heat the desiccant 6 and regenerate the absorption effect.

It often becomes dry. Extremely low humidity may have an adverse effect on the moisture-proof object, and may cause phenomena such as decreased lubricity and cracking.

It is preferable to provide a means for closing the moisture introduction section.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. However, except for the hygrometer 20 described later,
All other moisture-proof chamber components should be assembled as shown in Figures 3 and 4 first.
Since the same position as that explained in the figure may be used, the same figure will be applied here and new explanation will be omitted. This hygrometer 20 is designed as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. That is, reference numeral 11 is a mounting board that is directly attached to the door body 2 and faces the storage chamber 3 that is inside the door body 2. Reference numeral 12 denotes a moisture-proof cabinet body 1 which is detachably attached to the mounting board 11 and is outside the door body 2.
This is a cover made of a transparent plate facing the outside.
A plurality of through holes 13a, 13b, . . . are formed in the cover 12 and the mounting board 11, respectively.
14 is a scale plate that partitions the internal space of the hygrometer 20 formed by the cover 12 and the mounting board 11. On the front side of the scale plate 14, there is a humidity scale 15 curved at a position a certain distance from the center point.
is written. The unit of this number is humidity (%). Moisture absorption holes 16 are provided on the center point side of the humidity scale 15 and opposite positions along the range from approximately 0% to 20%, and communicate the space on the cover 12 side and the space on the mounting board 11 side. Further, a pointer 17 is rotatably supported at the center point of the scale plate 14. The pointer 17 extends on both sides of the rotational center point and is driven by a humidity sensing mechanism 18 provided on the back side of the scale plate 14. That is, the moisture in the storage chamber 3 is guided through the through hole 13b into the internal space between the mounting board 11 and the scale plate 14, contacts the humidity sensing mechanism 18, detects the humidity, and rotates the pointer 17. The needle portion 17a at one end of the humidity scale 15 indicates the corresponding value on the humidity scale 15. Furthermore, an adjustment body 19 is attached to the pointer 17. To explain, the adjustment body 19 is a semicircularly curved plate whose both ends are attached to the respective ends extending on both sides of the rotational center of the pointer 17. The side surface of the dial contacts the scale plate 14. Since its radius of curvature is the same as the radius of curvature of the communicating hole 16, depending on the position of the adjusting body 19, the communicating hole 16
It is designed to open and close.

The desiccant 6 absorbs moisture from the object to be moisture-proofed and preserves it in an ideal state. The humidity in the storage chamber 3 at this time is detected by the humidity sensing mechanism 18, and the humidity in the needle portion 1 of the pointer 17 is
7a indicates the humidity numerical value % to which the humidity scale 15 applies. When the desiccant 6 has a moisture absorption effect, the opening/closing body 9a is opened and the opening/closing body 9b is closed. The timer 8 periodically energizes the electric heaters 7, 7 to heat the desiccant 6 and evaporate the moisture contained therein. At this time, the opening/closing body 9a is closed, and the opening/closing body 9b is opened to lead out the moisture evaporated from the desiccant 6 to the outside of the moisture-proof cabinet main body 1 without entering the storage chamber 3.

成し、乾燥剤6による防湿効果を得る。 However, if the door body 2 remains closed for a long period of time, the humidity in the storage room 3 will drop extremely. The needle portion 17a of the pointer 17 is 20% as shown in FIG. 2B.
In the following cases, the adjustment body 19 opens a part of the communication hole 16. Cover 12 and mounting board 1
1 are provided with through holes 13a..., 13b..., respectively, so that the moisture-proof chamber main body 1 and the storage chamber 3
are communicated with each other through the through holes 13a..., 13b... and the communication hole 16, so that external moisture enters the storage chamber 3 and increases the humidity. Therefore, the moisture-proof object can absorb moisture until the ideal humidity is reached. When the humidity in the storage chamber 3 reaches 20% or more, the regulator 19 closes the communication hole 16 again as the pointer 17 rotates, and the desiccant 6 provides a moisture-proofing effect.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the relatively simple structure of providing a communication hole in the scale plate of the hygrometer and attaching the regulator to the pointer allows it to be used at extreme temperatures in the storage room without adversely affecting costs. This has the effect of preventing moisture from becoming too low and protecting objects to be moisture-proofed.
