ンバルブの概略断面図である。 図において、２は内燃機関、４はシリンダブロ
ツク、６はシリンダヘツド、８はエアクリーナ、
１０は気化器、１２は吸気通路、１４は吸気マニ
ホルド、１６はクランクケース、１８はブローバ
イガス還流装置、２０は分岐管継手、２２はブロ
ーバイガス導入用ホース、２４はブローバイガス
供給用ホース、２６はシリンダヘツドカバー、２
８は機関側ポート部、３０はクランクケースベン
チレーシヨンバルブ、３２はガス流通孔、３４は
ケース部、３６は空間部、３８はテーパ状部、４
０は上流側端部、４２はスプリング取付用凸部、
４４はスプリング取付用第１段差部、４６はスプ
リング、４８は第２スプリング用第２取付段差部

ケース部、３６は空間部、３８はテーパ状部、４

、５０は形状記憶合金スプリング、５２はヒータ

Claims (1)
- スプリングの付勢力により閉塞される弁体を内
燃機関の吸気通路内の負圧により移動させブロー
バイガスを前記吸気通路に還元するクランクケー
スベンチレーシヨンバルブにおいて、設定温度以
下の際に前記スプリングの付勢力に抗して前記弁
体を開放方向に付勢する形状記憶合金スプリング
を設けるとともに前記内燃機関の始動時に前記形
状記憶合金スプリングを加熱する加熱部を設けた
ことを特徴とするクランクケースベンチレーシヨ
ンバルブ。
