プール外周の前方側および後方側に隣設され内部
を低圧域に開放してなる低圧螺旋溝と、スプール
に連結された回転入力手段とを具備してなり、ス
プール保持孔の両ポートがともにスプールの高圧
螺旋溝に同時に連通する位置を進退部材の停止位
置となしていることを特徴とする液圧式位置決め
