Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スプール保持孔を有しその保持孔の軸心方向に
    進退可能な進退部材と、この進退部材を前進方向
    に付勢する第１のアクチユエータと、該進退部材
    を後退方向に付勢する第２のアクチユエータと、
    前記スプール保持孔の内周に開口した第１のポー
    トと、この第１のポートを前記第１のアクチユエ
    ータの圧力室に連通させる第１の流路と、該スプ
    ール保持孔の内周であつて前記第１のポートより
    も後方側に隣接して開口した第２のポートと、こ
    の第２のポートを前記第２のアクチユエータの圧
    力室に連通させる第２の流路と、前記スプール保
    持孔に摺動可能に嵌合したスプールと、このスプ
    ールの外周に設けられ内部を高圧源に接続してな
    る高圧螺旋溝と、この高圧螺旋溝に対して前記ス
    プール外周の前方側および後方側に隣設され内部
    を低圧域に開放してなる低圧螺旋溝と、スプール
    に連結された回転入力手段とを具備してなり、ス
    プール保持孔の両ポートがともにスプールの高圧
    螺旋溝に同時に連通する位置を進退部材の停止位
    置となしていることを特徴とする液圧式位置決め
    機構。
