金属酸化物炭素複合材料。 2、炭素を主成分とする炭素材料中に金属酸化物成分が
分散された金属酸化物炭素複合材料において、金属酸化
物成分が粒径5μm以下のTi、V、Cr、Mn、Fe
、Cu、Zr、Nb、Mo、Hf、Ta、W、Reから
成る群から選ばれる2種以上の金属の酸化物からなる金
属酸化物超微粒子混合物もしくは異種金属からなる酸化
物の超微粒子である金属酸化物炭素複合材料。 3、主鎖及び/または側鎖にO原子を含む配位能を有す
る原子団を備えた、配位可能な高分子化合物にTi、V
、Cr、Mn、Zr、Nb、Mo、Hf、Ta、W、R
eからなる群から選ばれた1種または2種以上の金属を
配位させて得られる有機金属高分子化合物を不活性雰囲
気下400℃〜2000℃の温度で熱処理することを特
徴とする請求項1または2記載の金属酸化物炭素複合材
料の製造方法。 4、重合可能な官能基を有し、かつ金属に配位しうるO
原子を含む原子団にTi、V、Cr、Mn、Zr、Nb
、Mo、Hf、Ta、W、Reからなる群から選ばれた
1種または2種以上の金属を配位させた有機金属化合物
の1種または2種以上を重合して得られる重合体もしく
はこれらの共重合体、またはこれらの重合体もしくは共
重合体の混合物を不活性雰囲気下400℃以上2000
℃以下の温度で熱処理することを特徴とする請求項1ま
たは2記載の金属複合材料の製造方法。 5、重合可能な官能基を有し、かつ金属に配位しうるO
原子を含む原子団にTi、V、Cr、Mn、Zr、Nb
、Mo、Hf、Ta、W、Reからなる群から選ばれた
1種または2種以上の金属を配位させた有機金属化合物
の1種または2種以上と、これと共重合し得る重合性モ
ノマーとを共重合して得られる共重合体もしくは架橋重
合体の混合物を不活性雰囲気下400℃以上2000℃
以下の温度で熱処理することを特徴とする請求項1また
は2記載の金属炭素複合材料の製造方法。 6、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Zr、Nb、Mo、Hr、
Ta、W、Reからなる群から選ばれた1種または2種
以上の金属がσ−あるいはπ−結合性炭素を介して高分
子鎖に結合し、金属配位部位以外にO原子を含む重合体
を不活性雰囲気下400℃以上、2000℃以下の温度
で熱処理することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の
