- 半導体装置を収納する中空筒体の両端の開口を
それぞれ塞ぐ第１の蓋及び第２の蓋を有する半導
体装置収納用容器におて、前記二つの蓋の少なく
ともいずれか一方は、第１部材と第２部材が嵌合
により全長可変に連結されていることを特徴とす
る半導体装置収納用容器。
