特性の高域補償を示す図、第７図は高域の補償誤
差の累積を示す図である。 図において、１はパルス発信器、２はデジタル
遅延回路、３はフエイズドアレイ方式の探触子、
５は増幅回路、６はクロスポイントスイツチ、７
はＬ，Ｃによるハイカツトフイルタであるアナロ
グデイレーラン、８ａ，８ｂ，８ｃはイコライザ
アンプ、１０はクロスポイントスイツチ６の制御
回路である。なお、図中同一符号は同一又は相当
部分を示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の入力端子を有し隣接する入力端子間に遅
    延時間を有する単位アナログデイレーラインと、 この単位アナログデイレーラインの高域の周波
    数特性を補償する周波数特性を持ち、単位アナロ
    グデイレーラインの出力端子に直列に接続される
    イコライザアンプとからなるアナログデイレーラ
    インと、 被検体から帰投する複数のエコー信号が複数の
    入力端子にそれぞれ与えられ、制御信号に応じて
    入力のエコー信号を前記アナログデイレーライン
    の複数の入力端子に選択的に入力するクロスポイ
    ントスイツチとを有する超音波装置において、 複数のイコライザアンプはそれらが接続される
    単位アナログデイレーラインの周波数特性に対し
    てそれぞれ補償過多及び補償不足の特性を有する
    ものの組み合わせであることを特徴とする超音波
    診断装置。
