[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the method for manufacturing laminated glass according to the present invention includes interposing an intermediate adhesive film 2 between a pair of glasses 1.1 facing each other to form a laminated glass 3. A bead 4 having a substantially U-shaped cross section is covered over the outer periphery of the laminated glass 3, and the space between the bead 4 and the laminated plastics 3 is evacuated, and the pair of plastics 1 and 1 of the laminated glass 3 is removed. It's something I was concerned about.

[Function] By covering the outer periphery of the laminated glass 3 with beads 4 and 8 to perform deaeration, deaeration can be performed more efficiently and reliably than from the outer periphery of the laminated glass 3 using only the beads 4, and at the same time, a large Laminated glass can be manufactured without requiring any equipment.

[Example 1] A laminated glass 3 is formed by interposing an intermediate adhesive film 2 such as an adhesive film between a pair of plate-shaped glasses 1.1 facing each other, and the outer periphery of the laminated glass 3 is coated with rubber. The bead 4, which has a substantially U-shaped cross section, is covered with an elastic material such as the like. The bead 4 is formed into an annular shape so as to be able to cover the outer peripheral edge of the laminated glass 3, and has clamping pieces 4a protruding from both ends as shown in FIG. A plurality of protrusions 4b are provided on the inner surface of the holding piece 4a and are inclined inward to improve sealing performance, and beads 4 are attached to the outer peripheral edge of the laminated glass 3. In this case, the holding piece 4a and the outer peripheral edge of the laminated glass 3 are reliably sealed by the protruding piece 4b. This bead 4 is provided with a joint tube 5 that penetrates the inner surface of the bead 4, and a degassing hose 6 connected to a vacuum pump (not shown) is connected to the joint tube 5 for degassing. By applying air, the inner surface of the bead 4 can be deaerated.

Therefore, when manufacturing a laminated glass, the holding piece 4a of the bead 4 is fitted to the outer periphery of the laminated glass 3 formed by interposing the intermediate adhesive 11i2 between a pair of glasses 1.1 facing each other. The outer periphery of the laminated glass 3 is covered with a bead 4 in such a manner that the outer periphery of the laminated glass 3 is covered, and in this state, a deaeration hose 6 is connected to a joint tube 5 to efficiently deaerate the entire outer periphery of the laminated glass 3. By this degassing, the inner surface of the bead 4 is first degassed, and then the pair of glasses 1, 1 of the laminated glass 3 is degassed. Thereafter, the pair of glasses 1.1 are heat-fused by heating with a heating device such as an infrared heater or hot air stove, or by immersing them in boiling water to produce a laminated glass.

Then, the deaeration hose 6 is removed from the joint tube 5, and with the bead 4 still attached, a laminated glass is fitted into the sash via the bead 4. By being able to assemble the laminated glass into the sash without removing it after manufacturing the laminated glass, the manufacturing of the laminated glass and its incorporation into the sash can be simplified, and large equipment is not required. In addition, by degassing and heat-sealing a large number of laminated glasses 3 at the same time, degassing can be performed even with a small-capacity vacuum pump, improving productivity while reducing space. In this way, laminated glass can be manufactured.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention covers the outer periphery of a laminated glass with a bead having a substantially U-shaped cross section, evacuates the space between the bead and the laminated glass, and evacuates a pair of glass openings of the laminated glass. Since the laminated glass is heated, degassing can be easily performed through the bead without any hassle, and large equipment for degassing and heating is not required, reducing the space required to manufacture laminated glass. Moreover, by simply using beads, degassing can be easily performed without installing spacers or cover films as in the conventional method, and productivity can be improved. Furthermore, the bead can protect the edge of the glass.
