Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ストリツプ導体を少なくとも３個以上絶縁
して相互に交差させ、中心導体部を構成し、該中
心導体部をフエリ磁性体上又はこれに近接させて
配置し、前記ストリツプ導体の端部を絶縁基板上
の静電容量パターンに接続した非可逆回路素子に
おいて、前記静電容量パターンに容量調整部を形
成し、該容量調整部に誘電体チツプ又は金属チツ
プを設けたことを特徴とする非可逆回路素子。 (2) 前記容量調整部が櫛状を成し、櫛状部分の
先端部に前記誘電体チツプ又は金属チツプが配置
されている請求項１記載の非可逆回路素子。 (3) 前記容量調整部が前記静電容量パターンの
近傍に形成されたランドを備え、前記誘電体チツ
プ又は金属チツプが該ランドと前記静電容量パタ
ーンとを橋絡する位置に配置されている請求項１
記載の非可逆回路素子。
