Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車体フレーム１のフロア支持部より上方に立ち
    上がる中間フレーム１ｍの上端部に、後輪Ｗの上
    方を前後方向に延びる後部フレーム１ｒを連設し
    、その後部フレーム１ｒの両側をサイドカバー３
    ２，３２′で覆うようにした、スクータ型自動二
    、三輪車において、前記サイドカバー３２，３２
    ′を後部フレーム１ｒよりも上方へ立ち上がらせ
    、同じく後部フレーム１ｒよりも上方へ立ち上が
    らせた支持部材８，１２，１５を介してシート５
    を後部フレーム１ｒに起倒可能に支持すると共に
    、そのシート５の底面に、前記サイドカバー３２
    ，３２′の上縁部ｅよりも高い天井面を有して該
    上縁部ｅを受容する凹部５ｒを形成して、シート
    ５と後部フレーム１ｒとの間に、前記サイドカバ
    ー３２，３２′及びシート３により周囲を取り囲
    まれ且つ該シート５の起倒によつて上面が開閉可
    能な物品収容部Ｓを該後部フレーム１ｒの略全長
    に亘つて設け、前記後部フレーム１ｒとシート５
    との間には、該シート５を倒伏位置に固定するロ
    ツク装置２１を設けたことを特徴とする、スクー
    タ型自動二、三輪車。
