ネツトを取り付けてなるリニア移動装置において
、 前記冷却板とスライド軸との間に、放熱面を冷
却板に結合し、かつ吸熱面をスライド軸に結合し
た熱電素子を設けたことを特徴とするリニア移動
装置。
