Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ストレンゲージを用いて変位を測定する変
位センサにおいて、 可撓性を有し且つその片面又は両面にストレン
ゲージを取付けた第１の基板と、 ストレンゲージに発生する抵抗値の変化から変
位を測定する電子回路を搭載した第２の基板とを
備え、 第１の基板の一端をその他端が自由端となる如
く第２の基板に取付けるとともに、ストレンゲー
ジと電子回路とを接続した、 ことを特徴とする変位センサ。 (2) 第１及び第２の基板が互いに所定の間隔を
隔てて略平行に対向する如く該第１の基板を第２
の基板に取付けたことを特徴とする請求項(1)記
載の変位センサ。 (3) 所定の間隔に相当する寸法を備えたスペー
サを介して第１の基板を第２の基板に取付けたこ
とを特徴とする請求項(2)記載の変位センサ。 (4) スペーサの表面に複数の導体部を設け、該
導体部を通じてストレンゲージと電子回路とを接
続するようになしたことを特徴とする請求項(3)
記載の変位センサ。
