Claims (1)
- 第１ガイドシヤフトに摺動自在に取り付けられ
たキヤリツジをデイスク半径方向に沿つて移動さ
せるフロツピイデイスク装置のキヤリツジ駆動装
置において、前記第１ガイドシヤフトに平行に設
置された第２ガイドシヤフトと、前記キヤリツジ
に取り付けられた超音波リニアモータとを具備し
、前記超音波リニアモータは、一対の脚部とこの
脚部を一端で連結する胴部とからなるコ字状振動
体と、前記コ字状振動体の両角部に設けられ、前
記胴部および脚部の双方に振動を付与する圧電素
子と、前記コ字状振動体の脚部を前記第２ガイド
シヤフトに圧接する圧接機構とから構成されるこ
とを特徴とするフロツピイデイスク装置のキヤリ
ツジ駆動装置。
