    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 楕円振動が発生する超音波振動子の端面にロー
    タを接触させ、楕円振動により前記ロータを回転
    させるようにした超音波駆動装置において、前記
    ロータにゴムシートを接着し、該ゴムシートに金
    属薄板を接着して、該金属薄板を前記超音波振動
    子の楕円振動が発生する端面に接触させたことを
    特徴とする超音波駆動装置。
