Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 陽極リードを導出した陽極体表面に酸化被膜層
    が形成され、前記酸化被膜層の形成された陽極体
    表面に陰極層として順次半導体層、カーボン層お
    よび外部陰極層が形成され、前記外部陰極層の形
    成された陽極体周面に陽極リード植立面の対向す
    る陰極面を残して絶縁樹脂層が形成され、前記絶
    縁樹脂層に沿つてコ形状に折り曲げられた陽極リ
    ードからなるチツプ状固体電解コンデンサにおい
    て、前記実装面上の陽極リード部分が実装面にほ
    ぼ平行に複数回折り曲げ成型されていることを特
    徴とするチツプ状固体電解コンデンサ。
