単位ブロツク毎に検知し出力する異常検知手段と
、前記コイル群に接続される電源と、前記異常検
知手段の出力に基づいて異常が生じた前記単位ブ
ロツクのみを前記電源から切り離すコイル切分け
回路と、前記コイル群にその単位ブロツク毎に通
水を行う流量制御可能な給水系統とを備えること
