第１図は本考案を実施した電磁撹拌装置の一例
についてその構造を示す系統図、第２図は同電気
回路図、第３図は電磁撹拌装置の従来例を示す系
統図である。 図中、１０：コイル群、１１：単位ブロツク、
２０：異常検知手段、３０：コイル切分け回路、
３１：接点部、３２：接点部制御回路、４０：電
源、５０：給水系統。
についてその構造を示す系統図、第２図は同電気
回路図、第３図は電磁撹拌装置の従来例を示す系
統図である。 図中、１０：コイル群、１１：単位ブロツク、
２０：異常検知手段、３０：コイル切分け回路、
３１：接点部、３２：接点部制御回路、４０：電
源、５０：給水系統。
Claims (1)
- 連続鋳造用鋳型内の末凝固金属を電磁力にて撹
拌する電磁撹拌装置であつて、前記鋳型周囲に配
設され、複数の単位ブロツクに分割された水冷式
電磁撹拌用コイル群と、該コイル群の異常を前記
単位ブロツク毎に検知し出力する異常検知手段と
、前記コイル群に接続される電源と、前記異常検
知手段の出力に基づいて異常が生じた前記単位ブ
ロツクのみを前記電源から切り離すコイル切分け
回路と、前記コイル群にその単位ブロツク毎に通
水を行う流量制御可能な給水系統とを備えること
を特徴とする連続鋳造における電磁撹拌装置。
