第１図は、本考案の印字用ガンの弁の一態様の
断面図である。第２図は、本考案の印字用ガンの
弁の別の態様を示す部分断面図である。第３ａ図
及び第３ｂ図は夫々、本考案の印字用ガンの弁に
おける切り込み及び穴を示す見取図である。第４
図は、公知のマーキング用ガンの断面図である。 図中の主な参照符号の対応は次の通りである。
１：噴射ノズル、２：弁体、３：弁座、４：弁体
ガイド、７：接続部、８：可動鉄芯、１１：弁体
切り込み、１２：弁体穴。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ペイント又はインクの流路に設けた弁を開閉
    することによつてペイント又はインクを吐出及び
    停止することにより印字を行う印字用ガンの弁に
    おいて、先端が実質上球形又は円錐形である弁体
    、上記弁体先端と密着したとき閉じられるペイン
    ト又はインク流路としての穴を有する弁座、及び
    少くとも弁体の開閉ストローク範囲において弁座
    に対して相対的に固定され、弁体のストローク運
    動を案内する弁体ガイドを有することを特徴とす
    る印字用ガンの弁。 ２ 上記弁体ガイドの内径は上記弁体の外径より
    も０．００４〜０．２mm大きい第１項の印字用ガ
    ンの弁。
