例を示すリニアガイド装置の斜視図である。 １は案内レール、２はスライダ、３，４はボー
ル転動溝、８はボール、１１はベルト駆動装置、
１２はプーリ、１３は歯付ベルト、１４は駆動モ
ータ、１７は係合溝、１８は歯形、２０は（歯付
）ベルト挿通溝。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 両側面に軸方向の転動体転動溝を有して延
長された案内レールと、該案内レール上に移動可
能に遊嵌されると共に案内レールの転動体転動溝
に対向する転動体転動溝を内側面に有するスライ
ダと、前記互いに対向する両転動体転動溝内に転
動自在に挿入された多数の転動体とを備えたリニ
アガイド装置において、 前記スライダを移動させるベルト駆動装置を備
えると共に、スライダ上部に歯付ベルトと噛み合
う係合溝を、且つスライダと案内レール上面との
間に歯付ベルトの挿通溝を形成したことを特徴と
するベルト駆動のリニアガイド装置。 (2) 前記係合溝に歯形を設けた請求項(1)記載の
ベルト駆動のリニアガイド装置。 (3) 前記ベルト駆動装置は、前記案内レールよ
り長く、且つ内面側に多数の歯形を有するエンド
レス歯付ベルトを備えたことを特徴とする請求項
(1)記載のベルト駆動のリニアガイド装置。 (4) 前記ベルトは、スライダの上面に固着され
たテーブルにより押し付けられて、前記係合溝に
係合している請求項(1)記載のベルト駆動のリニ
アガイド装置。
