DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a substrate conveyance device for conveying a substrate such as a printed circuit board to a predetermined position in order to perform processing such as wire bonding on the substrate.

Claims (1)

[Claims] a fixed guide stand that defines one side of the substrate; a movable guide stand that is movable toward the fixed guide stand and defines a side opposite to the one side of the substrate; and a movable guide stand that moves the substrate with respect to the fixed guide stand. 1. A substrate transport device, comprising: a substrate moving device that moves the substrate along a guide platform; and the substrate moving device is integrated with the moving guide platform.
