【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
二軸延伸フイルム層と、この二軸延伸フイルム
層に積層したシーラント層とを具えるフイルム積
層構体を、その幅方向の中央部からの折返し姿勢
で、前記シーラント層のヒートシールによつて製
袋するとともに、そのヒートシール部の所定開封
位置に切裂きノツチを設けてなる包装袋において
、 前記ヒートシール部の、Ｌ字状に連続する少な
くとも一の隅部に、そのヒートシール部の折曲点
を隔てて斜めに対向する二個の切裂きノツチを設
けるとともに、被包装物の包装空間を、前記二個
の切裂きノツチを結ぶ線分より外側まで細く延在
させてなる易開封性包装袋。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 二軸延伸フイルムと、この二軸延伸フイルム層
に積層したシーラント層とを具えるフイルム積層
構体を、その幅方向の中央部からの折返し姿勢で
、前記シーラント層のヒートシールによつて製袋
するとともに、そのヒートシール部の所定開封位
置に切裂きノツチを設けてなる包装袋において、 前記ヒートシール部の、Ｌ字状に連続する少な
くとも一つの隅部に、そのヒートシール部の折曲
点を隔てて斜めに対向する二個の切裂きノツチを
設けるとともに、被包装物の包装空間を、前記二
個の切裂きノツチを結ぶ線分より外側まで細く延
在させてなる易開封性包装袋。
