示す説明図、第６図は従来の電鋳により析出した
電鋳品を芯金電極から抜取つた状態の正面図であ
る。
図において、３は芯金電極、４はマスキングテ
ープ、１０はフランジ、１１は超電導材料、１４
は析出金属層、１５は電流分布を示す。なお、図
中、同一符号は同一、または相当部分を示す。
