正、負の基準電圧を切替える帰還回路、前記コン
パレータの出力が加えられゲート制御回路により
そのゲートの開閉が制御されるゲート、このゲー
トを通過した信号をデイジタル的に計数するカウ
ンタよりなるパルス幅変調方式のアナログ・デイ
ジタル変換器を備えた測定装置において、 被測定の周波数信号が加えられるプリアンプ、
及びこのプリアンプの出力と前記積分器の出力と
を切替える切替えスイツチを設け、このプリアン
プの出力を前記切替えスイツチを介して前記ゲー
トに加えることにより周波数を測定するようにし
た周波数測定手段を設けたことを特徴とする電気
