ビーム管の電子銃部を示す断面図、第４図は陰極
の動作温度と寿命との関係を示すグラフ、第５図
は陰極の動作温度と含浸材（バリウム）の蒸発量
との関係を示すグラフである。 １は陰極、２はヒータ、３は陽極電極、６は絶
縁体、８は金属性のケース、９は充填材、１０は
電子銃、１１はリード線、１２はヒータ、５１は
金属性の真空外囲器、５２は陰極支持体、５３は
集束電極支持体、７１は集束電圧供給電線、７２
は陰極電圧供給電線、７３はヒータ電圧供給電線
、７４は陽電圧供給電線を示す。尚、図中、同一
符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 電子銃部外囲器として金属電極を間に挾んで積
重ねられた複数個のセラミツク絶縁円筒を含み、
前記電子銃部は金属性のケース内に収納され、高
電圧が印加される前記金属電極にはケースの外部
から電圧供給用電線が接続され、前記電子銃部と
ケース間の空隙には電気的絶縁性のよい充填材が
充填された電子ビーム管において、電子銃を構成
する陰極のヒータ電極部とヒータ電圧供給用電線
との間に介在させる抵抗を可変抵抗とすることを
特徴とする電子ビーム管。
