  1. マイクロ波を照射することによつて発熱する材
    料からなる平板と、前記平板に密着して蛇行する
    シーズヒーターとを備え、シーズヒーターの少な
    くとも一部が前記平板に埋設されたことを特徴と
    する高周波加熱装置用発熱体。
