Abstract

PURPOSE:To mount an anti-skid jig rapidly and easily without dislocation of the anti-skid jig by forming a portion freely disengageable to be engaged with a portion for fixing of the anti-skid jig on an inner side facing a tread. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a tread 5, a tread pattern of a block type where a longitudinal groove G extending along tire circumference and a lateral groove L extending along a tire shaft cross each other is recessed, while a groove 8 is formed with a portion 10 for engaging an anti-skid jig. By thus forming the portion 10 for engaging on the bottom of the groove 8 of the tread 5, a long anti-skid jig 9 can be sequentially installed or in case the anti-skid jig 9 is divided into a plurality of short anti-skid pieces 9A,..., the anti-skid pieces 9 can be independently and easily installed so that efficiency of installing can be improved. Furthermore, when the anti-skid jig 9 is divided, a tire need not be moved at the time of installing, so that the efficiency can be further improved.

However, such conventional tires are fixed to the tire by wrapping the tread surface all the way around, so when installing it, it is necessary to move the tire to the anti-slip area. Since it is not fixed to the tire until the ends of the winding are connected, its installation is extremely poor.

By forming the retaining part on the tire groove bottom in this way,
During normal driving, wear and damage to the retaining parts due to the road surface can be prevented, and when installing anti-slip devices, the inner surface can be installed sequentially on the tread surface, greatly improving the installation efficiency. I can do it. Moreover, since it is directly fixed to the tire, there is no misalignment with the tread surface during driving, and driving safety can be improved.

Furthermore, in addition to the long anti-slip device that extends around the entire circumference of the tire, it is also possible to attach short anti-slip devices that are divided into multiple pieces, and in such a case, the movement of the tire is prevented. This makes it possible to dramatically improve the ease of installation. It is also useful for increasing the degree of freedom in designing anti-slip devices.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, in this example, the retaining portion 10 is composed of an engaging metal fitting 10A embedded in the groove bottom 8 and a nut metal fitting 10B screwed into the engaging metal fitting 10A. Alloy tool 10A
A tapered truncated conical base portion 12 protrudes from the upper surface of the first layer of the pedestal portion at the lower end. In addition, a stepped engagement hole 15 with a larger diameter at the lower end is formed in the base 12 via a step 13, and an external thread 16 for screwing the nut fitting 10B is formed on the outer surface of the base 12. Screwed. Furthermore, a thin groove-shaped slit 17 is formed in the base 12, extending from the upper end to the vicinity of the lower end of the engagement hole 15 and passing through the center thereof in a cross shape. It has elasticity and can expand in diameter.

Further, the engaging metal fitting 10A is immovably fixed to the tire 1 by embedding it in the groove bottom 8 leaving about half the length of the base 12, and the base 12 protrudes from the groove bottom 8. The nut fitting 10B is screwed into the protruding portion. In addition, such an engagement tool 10A can be attached by press-fitting the retaining tool 10A into the hole 21 of the vulcanized tire in which the hole 21 is recessed, or, for example, as shown in FIG. First, the engaging fitting IOA is covered in advance with embedded rubber 22 made of a rubber material of the same or different nature as the tread rubber, and after this is embedded in the hole 21a provided in the green tire, it is subjected to vulcanization treatment, etc. Various formation means may be employed.

The anti-slip piece 9A is formed by intersecting vertical and horizontal base pieces 25 made of a rubber material, a synthetic resin material, etc., and is a flexible net-like piece arranged on the surface of the trend 5 with a width at time relative to the tread 5. The anti-slip piece 26 includes a reinforcing member 27 and a locking portion 19 that protrudes from the inner surface of the second layer of the anti-slip piece and can be releasably engaged with the retaining hole 15. By interposing it, it is made strong without tearing or breaking. By forming the anti-slip pieces 26 in a relatively short length, combined with their flexibility, they can be densely arranged on the tread surface of various tire diameters.

As shown in FIG. 3, the locking part 19 is attached to the lower end of the base shaft 29, the upper end of which is firmly fixed to the anti-slip piece 26 by welding, riveting, etc., and which can be fitted into the engagement hole 15. A bulging portion 30 having a substantially larger diameter than the retaining hole 15 is formed. Therefore, the locking portion 19 allows the base shaft 29 to be inserted into the retaining hole 15 together with the bulging portion 30 by the diameter expanding action of the engagement fitting 10A when the nut fitting 10B is screwed back or removed. In the state BY2 in which the nut metal fitting IOB is screwed on, the diameter of the engaging metal fitting 10A is reduced and the step 13 and the bulging portion 30 engage with each other, thereby preventing the nut from being pulled out. Incidentally, such a screwing of the nut metal fitting 10B can be easily performed by a finger operation that straddles the base piece 25.

By forming the engaging portion 10 in the groove bottom 8 of the tread 5 in this way, the elongated anti-slip device 9 can sequentially rotate its inner surface.
In addition, when the anti-slip device 9 is divided into a plurality of short anti-slip pieces 9A, the anti-slip pieces 9A can be easily attached to each other independently, and the efficiency of the installation work can be improved. .

In FIG. 6, the locking part 19 is attached to the nut fitting 10B, which has a semicircular arc-shaped cut groove 32 surrounding the base axis in the reinforcing member 27 and a knurled V-groove 33 carved on the side surface. Screwing is performed using a jig 35 that can be inserted through the cut groove 32 and has a V-groove 34 formed on the inner wall that matches the V-groove 33.

Further, in FIG. 7, the locking portion 19 includes a tapered cone-shaped bulge 30 having a cross-shaped split guide 36 at the tip of a base shaft 29 made of an elastic material, and bulges due to diameter reduction by the split groove 36. The part 30 is inserted into the engagement hole 15, and the bulging part 30 and the step 13 are engaged with each other by returning to the enlarged diameter after insertion, so that removal is prevented with a single touch.
