    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧電材層と内部電極層とを交互に積層し圧電積
    層体、該圧電積層体の側面上に積層方向のほぼ全
    長にわたつて形成された外部電極層、および該当
    外部電極層に半田によつて取りつけられたリード
    線からなるシート積層型電歪効果素子において、
    前記外部電極層は導体ペーストを用いた導電体層
    の積層体であり、上層の導電体層のフリツト成分
    濃度が下層の導電体層のフリツト成分濃度よりも
    低いことを特徴とするシート積層型電歪効果素子
    。
