Claims (1)
- 可動機構と、前記可動機構が略直線的に往復動
が可能なように前記可動機構を支持する両側板部
と該両側板部と連結された底板部と前記両側板部
及び底板部と連結された両端板部とを有する固定
機構と、前記可動機構の前記固定機構に対する相
対位置の検知に基づいて前記可動機構が予め設定
されている移動範囲から逸脱するのを規制する移
動規制手段とを具備するとともに、前記移動規制
手段は、前記固定機構の両側板部、底板部、両端
板部によつて画定される空間部の外側領域に配設
されていることを特徴とする位置決め装置。
