Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 所定の距離を隔てて対向して配設され互いに直
    線方向に延在している一対の側板部を有する固定
    機構と、前記一対の側板部によつて画定される空
    間部内を前記一対の側板部に対して夫々所定の間
    隔を保ちながら直線方向に往復動可能で少なくと
    も駆動時には圧縮気体の供給を受けて前記固定機
    構に対して浮上状態に置かれるエアスライダと、
    前記エアスライダと前記一対の側板部とによつて
    画定される空間部内に夫々配設され前記エアスラ
    イダと前記固定機構との間に相対運動を生ぜしめ
    ることによつて前記エアスライダを駆動する一対
    のリニアモータとを具備したことを特徴とする直
    線駆動装置。
