Claims (1)
- 取付台２と、この取付台２に固定され、中央部
に管状部が形成されたカバー２ａと、前記取付台
２に回転自在に支承された出力軸８と、前記取付
台２に固定され、一方の面に振動子６が貼り付け
られたステータ４と、このステータ４に対向し、
前記出力軸８に対して回転自在に配置されたロー
タ１０と、このロータ１０を前記ステータ４の他
方の面に押し付ける加圧スプリング９と、前記出
力軸８に軸方向にスライド自在で、回転方向に連
動するように連結するとともに前記加圧スプリン
グ９に対接するストツパー１３と、このストツパ
ー１３の前記加圧スプリング９と対接する側とは
反対側に回転自在に向き合う管状の移動軸１２と
、該移動軸１２の外周面と前記カバー２ａの管状
部の内径部に設けられたリード溝１５とこれにス
ライド自在に嵌合するピン１７とから成る移動軸
案内機構と、前記移動軸１２を外部から回転操作
するための前記移動軸１２に固定された開放ハン
ドル１１とを備えた超音波モータ。
