  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シートクツシヨンの後端部が上下回動可能に支
    持されて、シートクツシヨンの前端部が上下揺動
    可能なサイサポート装置において、 シートクツシヨンフレーム側に下部が前後回動
    可能に支持され、上下方向に複数のラチエツト溝
    が側部に形成されたラチエツトシヤフトと、上記
    シートクツシヨンに支持され、上記ラチエツトシ
    ヤフトを上下方向にガイドするガイド部材と、該
    ガイド部材に取付けられ、上記シートクツシヨン
    の上揺動時、ラチエツトシヤフトのラチエツト溝
    に係合してシートクツシヨンの下揺動を阻止する
    ラツチと、該ガイド部材に取付けられ、上記シー
    トクツシヨンの最上揺動時、上記ラツチを非係合
    位置に保持して、シートクツシヨンの最下揺動時
    、上記ラツチの保持を解除する係合解除部材とが
    設けられていることを特徴とする自動車用シート
    のサイサポート装置。
