The cleaning head 7 is pushed out in the direction of arrow B1 along the guide rail 3 provided along the outer wall of the building 1. When the tip of the cleaning head 7 reaches the window glass 2, the elevating body 5 descends again to clean the window glass 2. When the lowermost part of the window glass 2 is reached, the lowering is stopped and the actuator 11 moves the cleaning head 7 backward in the direction of arrow B2 , so that the cleaning head 7 is completely housed inside the elevating body 5 as shown by the dashed line. Then go down again and move to the lower floor. By sequentially repeating these operations, cleaning is performed down to the lowest floor. Also,
When going up, the cleaning head 7 is kept at the rearward end and is raised and collected by a roof car (not shown) installed on the roof, and then moved to the next row of windows.

いる。 However, in the automatic cleaning machine configured as described above, when the step of the window glass 2 increases, the forward and backward stroke of the cleaning head 7 becomes longer, and accordingly, the guide rod 8 and the support 9 need to be lengthened. As a result, the thickness dimension C of the automatic cleaning machine increases. Therefore, as the thickness C increases, the structure loses harmony with the building, and the area exposed to the wind increases, resulting in instability. Additionally, as the thickness dimension C increases, the hanging position of the wire rope 4 moves away from the outer wall of the building in relation to the center of gravity, which significantly increases the instability of the roof car on the rooftop. At the same time, the elevating body 5
It also has problems such as an increase in wasted space D.

本考案による自動清掃機を詳細に説明する。 Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an automatic cleaning machine that prevents the thickness of the elevating body from becoming unnecessarily large even when the height difference between the building and the window glass becomes large. Hereinafter, the automatic cleaning machine according to the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings.

This is a guide rod attached to and slidably supported by supports 9a, 9a. 8b, 8b are fixed to the mounting plate 10 and are slidably supported by supports 9b, 9b, and 13 are supports 9a, 9a.
and a movable plate 11a that fixes 9b and 9b to each other.
11b is an actuator consisting of an air cylinder whose cylinder body is fixed to the movable plate 13 and a push rod is fixed to the rear surface of the cleaning head 7; 11b is an air cylinder whose cylinder body is fixed to the mounting plate 10 and the push rod is fixed to the movable plate 13, etc. An actuator consisting of an actuator 11
The stroke is slightly shorter than a, and the sum of the strokes of each actuator 11a, 11b is set to be larger than the height difference between the building 1 and the window glass 2.

はない。 In the automatic cleaning machine configured as described above, while the elevating body 5 faces the wall surface and is rising, the cleaning head 7 and the movable plate 13 are moved as shown in FIG.
are respectively pulled back by actuators 11a and 11b and stored inside the elevating body, and when facing the window surface, the moving plate 13 is moved in the direction of arrow B1 by actuator 11b as shown in FIG. , the cleaning head 7 is similarly moved in the direction of arrow B1 by the actuator 11a attached to this moving plate 13, reaches the window surface, and lifts the elevating body 5.
descends and performs cleaning. Then, when the window glass 2 is cleaned and lowered to the lower part, the cleaning head 7 and the moving plate 13 are moved by the actuators 11a and 13, respectively.
11b and returns to the position shown in FIG. That is, the cleaning head 7 is moved back and forth by two moving devices, and the stroke of each moving device is about half that of the conventional one, making it possible to reduce the thickness C of the elevating body. Therefore,
The hanging position of the wire rope 4 does not protrude outward from the building, the wasted space inside the elevating body does not increase, and the harmony with the building is not disrupted.

も良いことは言うまでもない。 In the above embodiment, the speeds of the actuators 11a and 11b are the same, but the amount of movement is different. Therefore, just before the cleaning head 7 reaches the window glass 2, the sum of the movement speeds of the actuators 11a and 11b is the same. The actuator 11b moves forward and reaches the stroke limit of the actuator 11b just before the window glass 2, and the actuator 11b stops. Therefore, the actuator 11b moves forward by the speed of the actuator 11a. Therefore, the time required for the cleaning head 7 to move back and forth can be shortened. Further, in the above configuration, the moving device has a two-stage configuration, but it goes without saying that it may be configured with two or more stages.

It is designed to accommodate steps in the window glass, and there is no need to make the width of the elevator unnecessarily large. This allows the elevator to be smaller and lighter, and the area of the elevator that is exposed to the wind is smaller. As a result, an extremely stable automatic cleaning machine can be obtained, and since the hanging position of the elevator will not be far from the building's outer wall, a stable configuration with almost no unstable elements for the roof car on the roof can be obtained, and the cleaning It has various excellent effects such as being able to shorten the moving time of the head.
