Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 下水処理システムから排出されるスカム・汚泥
    等の焼却対象物を焼却する装置であつて、内部が
    空間になつている筒形の焼却炉を備え、同焼却炉
    が、その内周面に遠心力が発生するように一定の
    軸回りに回転駆動されるようにされているととも
    に、前記焼却炉には、前記焼却対象物を導入する
    手段と、前記焼却炉の周壁を加熱する手段と、前
    記導入手段により導入される焼却対象物を焼却炉
    の軸中心の一端側から他端側へ誘導する手段と、
    前記焼却炉内に少なくとも酸素を導入する手段が
    設けられ、前記導入手段により焼却炉内に導入さ
    れる焼却対象物が、遠心力の働くもとで、前記加
    熱手段による被加熱個所に接触して加熱され前記
    酸素とともに．燃焼されて灰状化されるようにな
    つているとともに、前記誘導手段により灰状化さ
    れたものが前記焼却炉の排出口を通して外部に排
    出されるようになつていることを特徴とするスカ
    ム・汚泥等の焼却装置。
