Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 一軸偏心ねじポンプやスクリユーフイーダな
    どの粉体移送装置に下端の排出口が接続されるホ
    ツパー内に、その中心軸に沿つて回転軸を配設し
    、 該回転軸にセンタースクリユーを一体回転可能
    に配設し、 該センタースクリユーの螺旋方向と逆向きのリ
    ボンスクリユーを、センタースクリユーの半径方
    向の外側で前記ホツパー内壁に近接させて前記回
    転軸に一体回転可能に配設したことを特徴とする
    粉体移送用粉体流動化装置。 ２ 前記回転軸の特定方向の回転により、前記リ
    ボンスクリユーが粉体を押し下げ、前記センター
    スクリユーが粉体を押し上げるように、各スクリ
    ユーの螺旋方向を設定した請求項１記載の粉体流
    動化装置。 ３ 前記回転軸の特定方向の回転により、前記リ
    ボンスクリユーが粉体を押し上げ、前記センター
    スクリユーが粉体を押し下げるように、各スクリ
    ユーの螺旋方向を設定した請求項１記載の粉体流
    動化装置。 ４ 前記回転軸のホツパー下端の排出口付近に、
    前記回転軸の特定方向の回転により粉体を押し下
    げるスクリユー部材又は傾斜フインを設けた請求
    項１〜３のいずれかに記載の粉体流動化装置。 ５ 前記ホツパーの下端の排出口に一軸偏心ねじ
    ポンプの吸込口を接続し、該ポンプのロータを前
    記回転軸の下端に連結し、回転軸の上方に配備し
    た駆動装置により前記ロータを回転軸とともに回
    転させるようにした請求項１〜４のいずれかに記
    載の粉体移送装置。
