Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 機関と車室内ヒータ間に冷却水還流用の冷却水
    通路を設け、ヒータコアを循環する冷却水との間
    で熱交換する空気を供給する送風フアンを設ける
    一方、排気通路に設けたエバポレータにより該排
    気熱を前記空気に伝達する作動液が運ばれるルー
    プ式ヒートパイプを配設し、該ヒートパイプの凝
    縮部を車室用ヒータコアの空気出口側に取り付け
    た暖房装置において、 前記ヒートパイプの内、前記凝縮部の下流に連
    通した第２のパイプにリキツドタンクを配設させ
    、該リキツドタンクの底部に近接する位置に開口
    を有する第３パイプを前記第１パイプ中に連通さ
    せ、前記第３パイプの開口より高い位置のリキツ
    ドタンクの側面に開口を有する第４パイプを前記
    第１パイプ中に連通させ、前記第３，４パイプに
    第１，２弁手段を介在させ、該第１，２弁手段は
    制御装置により開閉制御されてなり、 該制御装置は、第１弁手段を開いて作動液をエ
    バポレータに戻すように制御すると共に、排気温
    度、蒸気温度等の条件によりエバポレータ内に必
    要最低限の作動液のみが滞留するように第１弁手
    段を閉じて第２弁手段を開くことにより第４パイ
    プの開口に達するまで作動液が滞留するまで時間
    がかかるように制御してなることを特徴とする車
    両用暖房装置。
