され複数の部分に分割された抵抗体と、分割され
た個々の抵抗体に取り付けられ、個々の抵抗体の
温度を計測する測温計とを有する流量計。 (2) 前記測温計は、熱電対であることを特徴と
する請求項１記載の流量計。
