Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 外周にヒータが配線されたパンケース内にパ
ン材料が収容された後、制御手段により送風器を
駆動してストツカー内に収容されたドライイース
トをパンケース内に送り込み、パンケース底部に
配置され撹拌羽根を回転させてパン生地を仕上げ
、さらに上記ヒータに通電してパンを焼き上げる
自動製パン器において、上記ストツカー内にドラ
イイーストの有無を検知するドライイースト検知
手段が設けられ、上記制御手段が製パン開始前に
ドライイースト検知手段から入力されるドライイ
ースト有無の信号に基づいて、製パンの開始また
は停止の判断を行なうものであることを特徴とす
る自動製パン器。 ２ 請求項１の制御手段が、ドライイースト検知
手段から入力されるドライイースト有りの信号に
応じて、送風器を駆動した後、検知手段から入力
されるドライイースト有無の信号に基づいて、再
度製パンの開始または停止の判断を行なうもので
あることを特徴とする自動製パン器。
