Claims (1)
- 本体に着脱自在な容器と、この容器内に投入さ
れたパンの材料を撹拌する攪拌手段と、前記パン
の材料を加熱する加熱手段と、パン生地の温度を
検知する温度検知手段とを設け、更にあらかじめ
設定された制御条件にそつて攪拌手段及び加熱手
段を制御する制御手段を備えてなる自動製パン機
において、前記加熱手段９，１０の熱影響を受け
にくい位置に室温検知手段１４を備え、この室温
検知手段１４からの情報により容器３と生地との
温度差を補正して各工程の制御条件を決定する機
能を制御手段１５に備えたことを特徴とする自動
製パン機。
