- 絶縁ガラスの主表面上に部分的に給電線層、絶

ツト層を介して電気的に接続されたグラフアイト
電極層が形成され、前記グラフアイト電極層の主
表面上に螢光体層が形成された螢光表示管の陽極
基板において、前記給電線層、前記絶縁層、前記
グラフアイトドツト層、前記グラフアイト電極層
、前記螢光体層のうち少なくとも１箇所の層間に
、化学的物理的に界面を安定にする材料層を１層
以上設けたことを特徴とする螢光表示管の陽極基
板。
