Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板上に金属アルミにより所望の形状の電
極とアルミ給電配線を形成し、前記電極に蛍光体
を設けた陽極基板を有する螢光表示管において、
前記電極以外のアルミ給電線部表面に着色された
厚さ１００Å以上のアルミ酸化膜を有することを
特徴とする螢光表示管。
