Claims (1)
- 石英棒を溶着加工しボート状に形成してウエハ
の熱処理の際のウエハのポジシヨニングに用いる
石英ボートにおいて、ウエハを３点以上の支持点
で支持する構造で、支持点の溝を、ウエハの厚さ
より約０．０５mm広い幅の底面を有し、側面が該
溝に挿入されたウエハの面に当たらないようにテ
ーパをもつ形状としたことを特徴とする石英ボー
ト。
