Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 加工または処理の対象物を支持して固定側に対
    して上下移動可能に案内駆動される昇降装置にお
    いて、前記昇降装置に遮光板を設け、前記固定側
    にホトカプラ支持板を上下移動可能に直進案内し
    て支持し、ばね手段により前記ホトカプラ支持板
    を前記固定側に対して離間する方向に付勢し、前
    記固定側に対して下方向に移動を制約されて回転
    可能に支持され前記支持板にねじ結合して回転に
    より前記ホトカプラと固定部の相対位置を調整す
    るねじ調整手段を設けて構成したことを特徴とす
    る停止位置微調整装置をもつ昇降装置。
