Claims (1)
- バイアス回路をマイクロストリツプラインによ
りマイクロ波集積回路化したＧａＡｓ ＦＥＴの
マイクロ波増幅器において、上記ＧａＡｓ ＦＥ
Ｔのソースに接続し該ＧａＡｓ ＦＥＴを使用周
波数でマイクロ波的に接地させる素子をマイクロ
ストリツプラインで構成した開放スタブにしたこ
とを特徴とするマイクロ波増幅器。
